Usually the fall/winter months are traditionally slower than spring/summer. When our insanely busy prime months (April-September) are done, the rest of the year is perfect for more high end interior jobs, cabinets, etc. Being slower means there is more wiggle room for negotiation!

 

You can get it done faster

Exterior painting jobs can only be done with the sun rises and before it goes down. For reasons of quality and safety, it’s just not smart to keep painting at night. But, with an interior you don't have that issue as you are not depending on the sun to keep your work area lit up.

Cedar Deck Staining

  This summer seemed to be the summer of deck jobs! This is one of the cedar deck jobs I completed in Nanaimo. After extensive pressure washing to rid it of the old paint I applied an oil Sherwin Williams deckscape stain. Here is what the deck looked like before the stain:

 After competing against the rain for some decent dry days, I finished this project in 5 days and it looked like this!

Interior Job at the Shutters condo development in Victoria
